Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- Equipment in original condition without significant use
- Equipment with all original parts and attachments
- Equipment with all original documentation and manuals
- Equipment returned within 30 days of delivery
- Equipment showing significant wear or damage from use
- Equipment with missing parts or attachments
- Equipment returned after 30-day window
- Custom or special order equipment
- Equipment damaged due to misuse or accidents
Return Process

Contact our support team at returns@apexsteel.global or call 1-800-123-4567 to initiate a return.

Receive RMA Number
We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for tracking your return.

Arrange Pickup
We'll arrange free pickup of the equipment from your location for large items.
- 4.
Inspection
Upon receipt, we'll inspect the equipment for condition and eligibility for return.

Refund or Exchange
Upon approval, we'll process your refund or arrange an exchange within 5-10 business days.
Refunds & Restocking
Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee.
Restocking Fee: 15% of purchase price for equipment showing normal wear from proper use.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for standard returns within 30 days.
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of return approval.
Exchanges
Need a different equipment model? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Original shipping included in exchange
- No restocking fees for exchanges
- If new equipment costs more, pay the difference
- If new equipment costs less, credit applied to account or refunded
